Verdeyen Bart & Francis

04/11/2014 - Aged 28, Bart Verdeyen is part of the younger generation in pigeon racing. Together with his father Francis, he is mostly known for his eye-catching performance in the Barcelona race from 2010, when he won the 1st National with Black Shadow. This pigeon, along with Claire, 2nd National Barcelona 2011, will be put up for auction.

This is what happened to Bart Verdeyen and his Black Shadow four years ago. Bart is still enjoying this impressive feat, while his Black Shadow has been breeding a new generation of successful long distance racing birds.
