His team has won quite a few national championship titles KBDB, and in 2016 he added the title of 5th Nat. Champion Long Distance Old Birds KBDB, 7th Nat. Ace Pigeon Long Distance Old Birds KBDB, and 11th Nat. Champion Extreme Long Distance KBDB to his already impressive palmares.

The first weekend of July was a great success for the long distance champion from Evergem, who won a 1st Prov. and an 8th Nat. Libourne old birds, as well as a 1st club, a 4th Prov. and a 26th Nat. Barcelona. He also claimed a 1st and 2nd club Libourne yearlings. An impressive feat!

The pigeons of Chris Hebberecht were again overwhelmingly strong in 2015. Besides the title of 1st National Champion extreme long distance Chris also won the title of 1st Provincial and 4th Nat. Champion long distance old birds KBDB, and 6th Nat. Ace Pigeon long distance KBDB.

Chris had 4 pigeons finish in the club’s top 10, the provincial top 50 and the national top 100, and he won six prizes with six pigeons. His strongest four pigeons were actually his first four nominated! This race has been a great success both in terms of results and financially.

In the past 15 years Chris has managed to win at least one provincial first prize every year but he had not been able to take a national victory. That changed on 13 July 2013, the day on which his pigeon Evert took the national victory from St. Vincent!

A national victory at last! Everybody knew it would come sooner or later, especially because Chris had already won quite a few second national prizes, in addition to a whole lot of provincial victories. He had not yet been able take a deserved national victory however.

St.-Vincent was his second provincial win within three weeks time this season time after having won the 1st prov Montauban. In the race from Souillac Chris had some astonishing results. An impressive feat!
