18/06/2014 - One hundred and eighty two members entered one thousand and five birds into the British Barcelona Club race from Niort. They were liberated at 6am into a light east north easterly wind on a day that proved testing for racing across the UK. The following is a report of the provisional result based on telephone verifications.
02/07/2013 - One hundred and thirty one members of the British International Championship Club sent six hundred and fifty nine birds to Agen in conjunction with the international race. The winner in the UK was Mark Gilbert from Windsor!
11/09/2012 - This was the final race in the 2012 season for the British International Championship Club. The two convoys, old hens and young birds were liberated simultaneously at 9 am UK time on Saturday 8th September.
31/08/2012 - The penultimate race for the British International Championship Club saw one thousand, five hundred and nineteen young birds liberated at 8 am UK time on Sunday 26th August, due to a one day holdover because of bad weather on the Saturday. Initial light westerly winds over the channel strengthened later in the day to a direct south westerly.
