01/10/2020 - Saturday, 19th September 2020, FCI Final of the Derby Costa del Sol was held with a final release from Santa Pola (Alicante) for a total of 632 participating pigeons and a distance of 400 km.

27/09/2020 - Covid-19 had a major impact on the past pigeon season, including the Golden Algarve. Normally thousands of people congregate in Monte Gordo every year during the last weekend of September. This year was unfortunately different.

03/04/2020 - Cape Town International OLR was formed February 2019 and was the brainchild and longtime vision of Race Director Emile Slabber, to one day Host a Summer OLR in the beautiful Cape Town, which is very tourist driven and attractive that time of the year for many visitors from overseas.

20/03/2020 - Golden Race Algarve 2020 is starting. In the previous 5 years, we have always had more than 5000 pigeons, in which more than 60% of the entries have been entered to the final race (average of the last 5 years). There were no cuts in premiums, and payment was made 15 days after the final.

10/01/2020 - There is a new one loft race in 2020: the German Classic One Loft Race, located in Paderborn, Germany. The final race from Basel/Weil (460 km) will take place on the 5th of September 2020.

20/12/2019 - For 2020, the 3rd edition, the team consists of 2 active pigeons and 2 reserve pigeons. In the first 4 hotspots (HS), any pigeon, whether active or reserved, wins prizes. HS-4, Stupina from 352 km, is the FCI stage, which is taken into account at the world championship.

27/09/2019 - Last week, the 2019 final race of the Europa Master Pigeon one loft race was flown in Romania. We received a report about this last race, a hard one, from Danut Bacalu.

06/05/2019 - One of the steadily growing European one loft races is undoubtedly the Balkanic Golden Race in Romania, also known as the Balkanic Fair-Play elite race.

13/03/2019 - The first edition of OLR Europa Master Pigeons, finished with a spectacular and very hard final. The pigeons had been prepared in 23 trainings, 3 Hot Spots, and 1 semi-final. In total pigeons flew 2411 km.
