Mick timed the only bird on the day into the UK, a chequer hen that arrived at seven minutes past nine, BST. His next arrival was at twenty-nine minutes past nine the next morning. The Pau winner has now been named Solent Lady. Solent Lady's grand-sire was purchased from Mark Gilbert and bred down from his international winner. The dam comes from Mick's original family of Dordins.
R Goddard and Son of Reading clocked a two year old on 877mpm over 564 miles to take second open and second centre section. Dave timed Harry, a chequer cock that was unraced as a youngster. Harry was bred from Stop Cock, a direct son of Stop Cock Geoff, a super breeder, when paired to a grand-daughter of the Spanish Diploma and Silver Salver winner, Sophie. The dam of Harry was bred by Neil Bush of Amcotts and contains outstanding distance bloodlines.

Paul Kelly of South Norwood was third open and third centre section with a four year old on 865mpm over 559 miles. Paul's blue pied hen, Kelly's Little Suzi, was sent sitting five day eggs. The grandparents on the dam's side are Lee Jackson x Terry Peart, whilst the sire's side is Jeff Greenaway x Sheldon Leonard.

John Chipperfield of Herne Bay was fourth open and first east section with a two year old on 830mpm over a distance of 560 miles. John clocked Ann, a chequer hen raced on the widowhood system. Ann is a grand-daughter of Mark Gilbert's Super 48 and Lady Teresa.
Calum Edmiston of Horley timed a five year old on 824mpm over 543 miles to take fifth open and fourth centre section.

Lee and Kevin Buddle of Dover were sixth open and second east section with a two year old on 817mpm over 546 miles. The partners timed a cock bird, flown on the widowhood system. The sire is a son of Tom and Elsa, whilst the dam was bred by Tumley Lofts and is a grand-daughter of Mark Bulled's Legacy and D Bullen and Son's IRDB.
W Carr and Son of Guildford were seventh open and fifth centre section with a two year old on 816mpm over a distance of 549 miles.

Eighth open and third east section was a three year old on 772mpm over 548 miles for Mike Mitchell of Dover. Mike timed a blue white-flight hen containing his Herman van Helmond bloodlines.
Mark Gilbert of Windsor was ninth open and sixth centre section with a three year old on 769mpm over 562 miles.
Completing the top ten and in fourth east section are the Siva Brothers from Dover with a two year old on 765mpm over 546 miles.
Around the sections
Brooks Brothers and Wilcox of High Littleton were first west section and thirteenth open with a two year old on 712mpm over 563 miles. The partners clocked Mendip Joy, the sire of which was a product of shared breeding with Dave Staddon, being from a direct son of Farm Boy and Wintergem. It is a direct daughter of Barry and Pete Winters' Little Gem. The dam is Bulled's Blue bred by Mark Bulled, being inbred to Sergeant Cecil.

David and John Staddon of Shepton Mallett timed three pigeons to take second, fourth and fifth west section, fifteenth, twenty-third and thirty-seventh open. First on the clock was a three year old on 696mpm over 550 miles. This was a hen, raced on the partner's chaos widowhood system. The sire is a half-brother to Portrait Boy, whilst the dam came from a son of Woolongong and a daughter of Annie.

Geoff and Catherine Cooper of Peasdown St John were third west section and seventeenth open with a two year old on 676mpm over a distance of 562 miles. The Coopers clocked Farm 33, bred from Farmer Gong when paired to a daughter of Forrest Junior.
