Night of the Stars auction Blackpool a big success – Highest average ever for young birds in auction in the UK – 135.000 EUR for 38 youngsters – 3.500 EURO per pigeon

As a yearly tradition, Les Green (Northern Premier Auctions) and PIPA organised a public auction with young birds from the best fanciers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, during the exhibition in Blackpool. The 5th edition was so far the best, with the highest average ever for a public auction in the UK.

A total of 38 youngsters came in auction offered by 19 different fanciers, which means average 2 pigeons per fancier, warranting an extremely high quality level.

The total amount of the auction ended on 135.000 EURO for 38 young birds, an average of more than 3.500 EUR per pigeon.
