Their timed was a chequer hen containing their Roger Senicort bloodlines crossed with those of their Alwyn Hill family of pigeons. This hen was sent to the race sitting fourteen day eggs and then given a youngster five days prior to basketing, the same way she was sent to Agen earlier in the season and where she came eighteenth open. Last season the same hen was thirty-third open from Perpignan.
