12/02/2019 - Wim and Bertrik Murk have managed to stand out season after season with the help of a few super class breeders: the descendants of their Legend Jantje, Rosy's Son and several others continue to win top prizes in national and international competitions, both in their home loft and for numerous other players.

28/02/2018 - Wim and Bertrik Murk have been able to win several national and international top results every single season, with no more than 24 pairs of racing birds and 8 breeding pairs. 2017 was another great success, with a 16th prize in the PIPA IATP ranking 2017 and a title of 1st National Ace Pigeon Pau ZLU 2015-2017.

28/12/2016 - Descendants of Legend Jantje, Rosy's Son, and other renowned breeders of Wim & Bertrik Murk, have repeatedly shown their strength in the marathon races. They have claimed national first prizes not only in their own loft but also for many other fanciers.

29/01/2016 - The Murk & Son combination has received numerous references in 2015 alone, which shows the enormous breeding value of their current generation of breeding pigeons.

25/03/2014 - They sold their entire collection of old birds except for the pigeons from 2011 and 2012, and this means 2013 was to be the year of a quiet comeback. But that could not be further from the truth: their team of young new pigeons did not hesitate to force their way to the very top of the sport.

24/07/2013 - This father & son partnership sold their entire collection earlier this season, except for the pigeons from the years 2012 and 2013. No one could have expected them to play a key role in this exceptionally difficult long distance season or to take the victory from a tough flight from Orange over 878km. And yet they were able to take the first prize in district 7 Central Netherlands against 879 pigeons.
