19/01/2020 - The name of Houfflijn will always be associated with superstar Geronimo. The Geronimo dynasty has turned the Houfflijn family into an internationally renowned name, with major successes in the long distance and extreme long distance. And the success story continued in 2019.

25/03/2019 - A total of 170 pigeons were sold across 9 different auctions last Sunday, for a total of 344,900 euro or more than 2,000 euro/bird.

10/12/2018 - 9 different auctions closed on Sunday, raising 395,175 euro in total for 160 pigeons, with an average of 2,470 euro/pigeon. We briefly discuss each individual auction.

06/12/2018 - Be that as it may, the two fanciers look back on 2018 with mixed feelings: an outbreak of the Newcastle Disease in the region suddenly put an end to their racing season, with the big classics just around the corner.

14/11/2017 - The Houfflijn pigeons have been among the top performers in the one day long distance for years on end. The team can look back on another great year: Super Cools claims the title of 8th National Ace Pigeon Long Distance KBDB, and meanwhile their Geronimo bloodline continued to excel throughout the season.

29/06/2013 - This provincial first prize was already their sixth victory this season. Their first prize from Montauban last weekend is the icing on the cake. It makes them hungry for more!

18/10/2012 - This is indeed one of the most praised pigeon families in Belgium in the long distance and the grand distance. There is one unfulfilled dream though: to take the first prize in the National Championship KBDB!

16/06/2010 - The father-son duo Patrick & Dimitri Houfflijn made the party complete on Sunday evening in the club ‘De Arend’ in Rekkem. With their ‘national victory’ from Cahors they were directly the 3° national winners of the weekend for the basketting bureau in Rekkem…a ‘Unicom’?
