PIPA organised a party on request of Mr. Xing, he wanted to invite all his pigeon friends in Europe that he did not see for 3 years.
To be clear: the invitation list was made by Mr. Xing. So people who were invited were given to PIPA to be asked by Mr. Xing and his team. Mr. Xing was very happy to see his pigeon friends back after the period of Covid.
