1st Ace Pigeon young birds 2015 CC Westhoek
The title of 1st Ace Pigeon young birds in CC Westhoek was an easy target for NL15-3530490. This hen is called Magic Dragon, since she was bred from the Dragon bloodline, one of the most important lines in the collection of Peter Theunis. Peter’s famous Rocketeer is probably his most well known Dragon descendant. Magic Dragon is related to Rocketeer through both her parents: her sire is Strong Rocket, a grandson of Rocketeer, and her dam is Miracle Rocket, a granddaughter of Rocketeer. Miracle Rocket is also a granddaughter of Dragon Rocket, which is the sire of Rocketeer. You can find the pedigree of Magic Dragon here. Besides her title of first ace pigeon in CC Westhoek, this impressive hen has also won the title of 2nd Ace Pigeon in the Long Distance Union and she is 3rd Ace Pigeon young birds in the Province of Brabant 2000. She is undoubtedly the rising star in the lofts of Embregts-Theunis.

This First Ace Pigeon young birds is closely related to the famous Rocketeer (NL06-0742659), which can be considered to be Peter’s very best breeding pigeon. The race from Morlincourt shows his breeding value: no less than five of his grandchildren finished in the top 10 in CC Westhoek ’70, which is a brilliant result. Rocketeer was 1st Ace Pigeon in Province Brabant 2000 as a racing bird, and he is the sire of Goldspice Girl (3rd Nat. Orléans against 19,692 p.). Rocketeer is a son of NL99-1057148 Dragon Rocket (Son Rocket M. van Gastel, 1st Ace Pigeon WHZB Sprint 1999). Dragon Rocket is the sire of several teletext pigeons in Hoeven.

Invaluable breeding hen Miss Goldnugget
She represents the Witbuik bloodline in the loft of Peter Theunis. This bloodline is well represented here, alongside the Dragon bloodline. Miss Goldnugget is an inbred pigeon to the renowned NL97-9769672 Witbuik of Cees Gijzen from St.-Willebrord. Miss Goldnugget has won a 6th National Orléans against 8,136 p. and became 5th Ace Pigeon Province Brabant 2000. The Heremans bloodline proved a great addition to the existing breed that Peter has been using for years. The perfect proof is NL11-3024491, which is called Super Rossi. He is a super class pigeon indeed, having won a 1st Creil 7,696 p., a 3rd Nijvel 9,507 p. and a 3rd St.-Quentin 8,115 p. as a racing bird. Super Rossi turns out to be an equally talented breeder: he was paired to Blue Diamond this season, and together they bred two first prize winners: NL15-3530503 Super Boy won a 1st Morlincourt against 17,334 p.; the NL15-3530529 Super Diamond has wno a 1st prize against 1,880 pigeons. The young bird that won a 1st prize NPO on 29th August 2015 for Peter was NL15-3530512 New Goldstar. This pigeon combines the invaluable bloodlines of Dragon and Witbuik. Peter does have in invaluable collection of breeders.
