Sunday was the closing day for 10 different auctions, in which 215 were put up for auction. They raised 389,725 euro together, with an average sale price of 1,812 euro per bird. We briefly discuss each individual auction below.

Many fanciers dream of winning a national championship title or national ace pigeon title one day. Well, Gino Clicque was able to win both prizes in 2018 alone! He did even better: he not only won the national championship yearlings in the extreme long distance, he also claimed a 1st and 2nd national ace pigeon title in this category.

A national first prize does not happen overnight but sometimes you can tell from the results in previous races that a pigeon loft is up to something special. In fact, many fanciers were not surprised to see the Gino Clicque pigeon breed take home a national victory in the yearlings' race from Châteauroux II.

Gino claimed his first major win of 2017 with a son of Golden Prince. This yearling won the rather demanding race from Clermont on 22nd of April in the overall ranking of the WVOU against no less than 9,824 old birds. As the old saying goes, good blood never lies.

(06/03/2017) Auction of Gino Clicque closed at 2,145,000 Euro.

The Gino Clicque auction closed this weekend, which consisted of all old birds and a group of youngsters of 2016 bred especially for this event. A group of 405 pigeons were offered for sale over the past two weeks, with the final two lots being auctioned last Saturday and Sunday. The overall revenue amounted to 2,145,375 EURO for 405 pigeons, or an average of 5,297 EURO per pigeon.

Gino became General Champion KBDB in West Flanders for the second consecutive season. He added a second national victory to his palmares in 2015 in the race from Limoges II, after having already won a national first prize from Montluçon in 2014. An additional 4 provincial wins, 38 first prizes and several championship titles were won over the course of 2015.
