Those who follow pigeon racing closely, will have noticed that the men from Team BDS rocketed to the absolute top of national heavy middle distance and long distance racing. After they made name for themselves on middle distance and provincial races, they switched focus in 2018, targeting national long distance races from then on.
The pigeons of Team BDS have really outdone themselves in recent years. This resulted in a series of provincial and zonal victories, and several podium spots on a national level (2nd Nat. Brive, 3rd Nat. Aurillac, etc., ...), all leading up to their highlight; 1st National Issoudun Yearlings in 2022 after having won zonal victories from La Souterrain and Bourges. The phenomenal 2022 racing season, was possibly the best in their careers.
With these results, they also took on KBDB podiums, are ranked high in several ace pigeon competitions and are amongst the best pigeons of Belgium in 2022! A short overview of their 2022 achievements:
