PIPA has appointed Saeed Ibbad as the new Sales agent for Pakistan. Saeed is a marine engineer working for Horizon Geoscience. The pigeon sports has been a hobby of his for 25 years.
He hopes to expand the pigeon sport in Pakistan by bringing a new influx of PIPA pigeons to Pakistan.
