Freddy & Jacques Vandenheede auction comes to a close raising 2,147 EURO per youngster

After their stellar result from Vierzon, a PIPA auction was launched a few days ago in which the brothers from Zingem auctioned 15 young birds. The result was an average sale price of 2,147 euro per young bird.

We offered for sale a group of youngsters that were all closely related to the five champions that caught Belgium by surprise in the national race from Vierzon. The most expensive youngster was sale 1, a son of Olympic Tigo, and a 2nd Olympic Pigeon & 2nd National Ace Pigeon Long Distance 2018, twice behind Joël Verschoot's Armando. Olympic Tygo was paired to his dam, and this youngster was eventually sold to Taiwan for 3,400 euro. The second most expensive pigeon is a son of Miracle Ace, which goes to Japan for 3,200 euro. The 15 youngsters were sold for 32,200 euro in total, and they will be transferred to Japan (5), Taiwan (4), Romania (4), Belgium (1) and Trinidad & Tobago (1).
