(09/08/2019) ‘Double Remco’ of Marc De Cock (Temse, BE) strikes hard on the one day long distance races for two weeks in a row

On July 29 Marc De Cock won 2. Nat. zone Souillac against 1,164 yearlings. A week later on Tulle he wins 1. Nat. zone against 2,085 p. It's the same cock that was victorious: the "Double Remco".

Last weekend, the final race of the Derby 16 One Loft Race was held in Bursa (Turkey). After a tough race, 3 pigeons arrived together. The pigeon of Omer Yasar and Tatar Mustafa was the first to enter the lofts.

(05/08/2019) Kristof Mortelmans (Ranst, BE) excels in Marseille with a 6 out of 6

Kristof traditionally wins a number of provincial or national championship titles every season. He has several provincial wins to his name, as well as a title of 1st Nat. Ace Pigeon KBDB extreme long distance in 2016, and a 1st provincial ace pigeon title extreme long distance just last year, with racing bird Ludo.

(03/08/2019) Dr. Piet Blancke (Ruiselede, BE) claims 1st National Narbonne yearlings

This is his second national win in two years' time, after Piet's 1st National Agen old birds in 2017. Besides this national victory he had 8 more birds in the national top 100, and 11 pigeons made it back home on the day of the release. And he wins 27 prizes with 48 pigeons at national level.

Two weeks ago we discussed the top result of Hok Jos Vercammen from Limoges, where they claimed a 1st and 3rd Provincial. The pigeons were already in great form at the time, and we reckoned another top prize would be just a matter of time.

(02/08/2019) Team BDS (BE) excels and dominates the national long distance race from Libourne

They had as many as 6 pigeons in the national top 30, their first and second nominated claimed a 3rd and 9th national in the yearlings' race, and they claimed a provincial first prize in West Flanders in the yearlings' race from Libourne.

(02/08/2019) Blick auf die Woche in Deutschland vom 28.07. - 30.07.2019

Bis zum 28.07. 2019 bestand in Deutschland aufgrund der vorhergesagten hohen Temperaturen ein absolutes Flugverbot. Es gab also an diesem Wochenende keine Flüge. Einige RVen und Regionalverbände verschoben die ursprünglich geplanten Flüge auf den 29.07., sodass wir hier doch noch einige gute Ergebnisse veröffentlichen können.

(01/08/2019) Davy Tournelle (Rummen, BE) demonstrates form in Issoudun National: 1st National old birds (8,248 olds) & 1st National Zone Yearlings (3,476 YLs)

This has been another fabulous season for Davy Tournelle and his family! They were truly brilliant in recent weeks, winning provincial first prizes from Blois and Montluçon, as well as several other top prizes. And they added a national and zonal victory to their palmares just last weekend.

(31/07/2019) No two without three for Kurt & Raf Platteeuw (Rumbeke, BE): 1st (+4th) Nat. Souillac yearlings!

After their national victories in Limoges I olds and Aurillac yearlings, Kurt and Raf Platteeuw went on to claim another coveted national first prize in Souillac! This makes for three national victories in a single season (which is still running). A magnificent achievement for Platteeuw!

(31/07/2019) Team Hooymans NL (Wijk en Aalburg, NL) show their class once again with a 1st and 2nd National S3 Chateaudun of 8,435 pigeons

The collaboration between Christian v.d. Wetering and Jan Hooymans, referred to as Team Hooymans NL, has been highly successful from day one. Their double national victory in Chateaudun in Sector 3 (of 8,435 p.) is another telling example.

While we are now only a few days away from the Bourges national race for the youngsters, the OVV organized the last weekend a provincial race on Orléans, one of the last preparation race before the start of the national season.

(26/07/2019) Philippe Dobbelaere (Olsene, BE) strikes hard for the second week in a row, now with a 1st National Libourne YLs and 1st Zone Issoudun!

After having won a 1st Provincial Argenton last week both with the old birds and the yearlings, Philippe Dobbelaere strikes again on 21st of July, winning a 1st National Libourne yearlings and a 1st Nat. Zone Issoudun Yearlings.

(26/07/2019) Luc, Bart & Jurgen Geerinckx (Wommelgem, BE) claim another provincial first prize, this time from Libourne

After their great result from Limoges II we saw Bart & Jurgen Geerinckx take the win in Libourne as well. This 1st Prov. Libourne of 437 old bids is yet another provincial victory on their palmares. And their latest race winner happens to have won a 6th Prov. Aurillac last week as well.

Es war wieder einmal ein Wochenende, das aufgrund der Hitze viele Probleme für die Züchter brachte. 600-km-Flüge waren geplant und wurden auch durchgeführt. Viele RVen hatten ihre Flüge jedoch auf Montag verschoben, aber auch das war nicht die Lösung.

Het zijn hoogdagen bij Team Thoné in het Limburgse As. Het blijft er eerste prijzen regenen in het plaatselijk, gewestelijk en zonaal spel. Bovendien staat zowel uit Aurillac en Libourne de naam van het gerenommeerde hok uit As nu ook bovenaan de provinciale rankings.

(24/07/2019) Team Noël-Willockx (Baasrode, BE) excels in Aurillac: 1st Nat. zone old birds and 10 yearlings in the national top 101!

Eddy Noël and Ivan Willockx, the two men behind this combination, probably went to sleep with a big smile. They had an impressive 13 pigeons in the national top 101 (olds and yearlings combined), in what turned out to be an incredible performance in Aurillac.

Etienne claims a provincial first prize from St. Vincent for the second year in a row, after his previous victory in 2018. He also settles for second place at national level. He claimed victory in 2018 with a son of Monar, whereas this year's winner is a grandson of Monar.
