Rik Cools offered for sale 6 youngsters of his best breeders, resulting in a highly successful auction. The most expensive pigeon was sold to China for 5,800 EURO. The 6 pigeons have been sold to Taiwan (4), China (1), and Thailand (1).
Peter Van Dongen - 7 pigeons – 8,300 EUR average
The eye-catcher of this auction was the 1st National Ace Pigeon Extreme Long Distance 2016, which has been sold to a Chinese fancier for 45,500 EURO. The other pigeons will be going to Spain (3), Thailand (2) and Taiwan (1).
Ganus Family Loft – 17 pigeons – 3,427 EUR average
The American star Mike Ganus sold a group of youngsters of his best one loft race breeders. The most expensive pigeon was a youngster of the 1st in the South African Million Dollar Race 2015 x the 2nd in the South African Million Dollar Race 2012. He was sold to Thailand for 10,000 EURO. The pigeons will be shipped to fanciers from the USA (7), Canada (3), Kuwait (2), China (1), Germany (1), The Netherlands (1), Saudi Arabia (1) and Thailand (1).
Cor De Heijde – 8 pigeons – 3,913 EUR average
A group of descendants of Cor's best breeders were sold in auction. A youngster of a 1st National St. Vincent proved the most expensive pigeon, being sold to a Japanse fancier for 6,000 EURO. The pigeons will be sent to Japan (6), UK (1) and The Netherlands (1).

Albert Derwa sold a group of youngsters from his best breeders; the most expensive one goes to The Netherlands for 3,200 EURO. The pigeons have been sold to fanciers from China (3), Germany (2), India (1) and The Netherlands (1).
Mark Gilbert – 7 pigeons – 2,200 EUR average
The champion from Great Britain sold an invaluable collection of youngsters of national and international winners. A son and a daughter of a 1st Internat. Agen proved the most expensive pigeons of the lot; they will be going to Taiwan and India for 3,000 EURO each. The other pigeons are going to China (2), Taiwan (2) and India (1).
Luc De Laere – 12 pigeons – 998 EUR average
In this auction we had a few youngsters of Luc's best breeders. The most expensive pigeon is a grandchild of the legendary Bliksem, which goes to Taiwan for 2,000 EURO. The pigeons have been sold to Belgium (4), Taiwan (4), South Africa (2), France (1) and China (1).
Philippe Dobbelaere – 10 pigeons – 935 EUR average
Philippe was selling a nice group of youngsters of his best breeders. The most expensive one was Daughter Brigitte, which goes to Thailand for 2,000 EURO. The pigeons were sold to Belgium (5), Taiwan (3), Canada (1) and Thailand (1).

Marcel Sangers raised a group of top class Dirk Van den Bulck pigeons. The most expensive pigeon was Red Diamond, which goes to Thailand for 11,000 EURO. The pigeons were sold to the following countries: Thailand (3), Belgium (2), China (2), Canada (1), Germany (1) and Iraq (1).
Johan Van Boxmeer – 11 pigeons – 1,166 EUR average
Johan Van Boxmeer sold a number of highly valuable breeding birds; the most expensive one was sold for 4,200 EURO. She will stay in The Netherlands. The pigeons were sold to China (3), Japan (2), Taiwan (2), Thailand (2), Germany (1) and The Netherlands (1).
Christian van de Wetering - 32 pigeons - 2,809 EUR average
A group of 34 Van de Wetering pigeons were sold in late 2016 on PIPA, and no less than 32 of them were purchased by Mike Cooney from Great Britain. The British fancier sadly passed away, and so the 32 pigeons were sold a second time. The auction was a great success.
The eye-catcher of this auction was New Harry 2.0, a grandchild of renowned stock breeder Harry (Team Hooymans), and a full brother of one of New Harry, one of the most sensational racing birds in The Netherlands in 2016. New Harry 2.0 was in fact the most expensive pigeon of this group, and was sold to a Dutch fancier for 16,200 EURO.
The pigeons were sold to 7 different countries: China (12), Taiwan (10), Thailand (4), The Netherlands (3), and Belgium, Romania, and the United Arab Emirates (1 each).
