09/09/2017 - Luc De Laere has been dominating the field in West Flanders almost all season. He has now won his seventh provincial first prize with the young birds, one week after his first prize from Blois and two weeks after winning the first five prizes in Orléans.
18/07/2017 - It was bound to happen: he had already won four provincial second prizes earlier this season, and in the weekend of 8 July Luc has claimed a double win, taking a 1st Provincial from Orleans and Chateauroux. This adds to a total of no less than 25 provincial first prizes.
05/02/2017 - His palmares for 2016 includes the title of 1st Prov. Ace Pigeon Longer Middle Distance Old Birds KBDB, as well as 3 provincial first prizes in 2016 and 4 provincial top five ace pigeons KBDB!
27/08/2016 - The team has already won three provincial first prizes this year, from Chateaudun, Chateauroux and Clermont. This means Luc De Laere has been just as successful as last year. The first prize from Chateaudun was unsurprisingly won with a son of the invaluable racing and breeding pigeon Tiekes Bliksem.
02/08/2016 - It was top class racing bird Jerommeke that won his second provincial first prize from Chateauroux on 16th of July. He was also the fastest of 2,083 pigeons in the province of West Flanders. The following day Luc had the fastest pigeon in Clermont WVOU against 9,812 young birds as well. It was quite a successful weekend for team De Laere!
20/01/2016 - Luc De Laere can look back on a splendid 2015 season, with three provincial first prizes and two provincial second prizes. It adds to a total of no less than 20 provincial victories since 1995.
26/05/2015 - Team Luc De Laere had a wonderful weekend: they claimed a provincial first prize from Tours yearlings, and they had the fastest pigeon in the province in the middle distance race from Fontenay sur Eure WVOU against 16,001 pigeons. Quite impressive!
06/01/2015 - Saturday 7 June was quite a dramatic day for Luc De Laere, who experienced any fancier’s worst nightmare. Luc’s Sproete Tieke (BE11-3115645) missed out on a national victory because Luc failed to perform a time check.
