30/12/2016 - Edwin Hoogland saw the level of quality in his breeding loft increase dramatically thanks to the pigeons of his father-in-law Henk Scheffer. Bendner Jr. proved the most important addition by far; his youngsters have already won 12 top 10 prizes NPO, and Bender Jr. is also the grandfather of a 1st NPO Châteauroux and a 5th Troyes.

04/01/2012 - The small colony of pigeons from Edwin Hoogland has taken a great step on the performance ladder over the last few years. From the start at the current location in 1996 they have achieved spectacular results every season. The last three seasons there was even an NPO-victory and participatiom in the Olympiad in Poland (Poznan) with “Laureen”.

12/09/2011 - Edwin Hoogland is a young man who is making a very large name for himself especially with his team of hens which are flown, as are his cock birds on the ‘total widowhood system’. For several years now Edwin’s results have ensured that he is not what I call a ‘shooting star’ loft which travels quickly and is very bright but disappears as swiftly and suddenly as it appears.

30/06/2011 - After NPO Orleans 2009 and NPO Orleans 2010 Edwin Hoogland grabs the National classic Blois to pocket his ‘traditional’ annual NPO-victory. And as befitting Edwin, he doesn’t chose the easiest race in which to show what he is capable of.

19/06/2010 - Voor het tweede opeenvolgende jaar wordt de eerste NPO vlucht eendaagse fond in Afdeling 8 vanaf Orleans Saran gewonnen door Edwin Hoogland uit ’t Loo bij Oldebroek!

30/05/2010 - Voor bijna elke afdeling in Nederland stond een NPO vlucht op het programma … Met veel zuid in de wind en mooie luchten zou je super verloop verwachten; het tegendeel bleek waar. Slechts enkele duiven in het eerste half uur van concoursen, die soms enkele uren open stonden … Onverwacht onregelmatig dus.

22/06/2009 - Edwin behaalde reeds 3 regio-overwinnigen in Afdeling 8, telkens tegen enkele duizenden duiven. De beste duif van het hok is momenteel zijn tweejaarse duif "Laureen". Ze vloog al een 14e uit Orleans en een 18e uit Blois.
