22/05/2013 - In the last few weeks it became clear that the Leo Heremans auction was about to be something special. The auction was the talk of the town among many pigeon fanciers but no one would have guessed that the auction raised 4.346,500 euro (that is 174 million Belgian Francs!). We give you a chronological overview of this memorable auction. Below the article you can find a list of the most expensive pigeons in this auction.

13/05/2013 - Leo Heremans presents us a few of the greatest racing pigeons in his lofts in Vorselaar in 13 short movies. In the second series Leo talks about Nieuwe Olympiade, Power, Roeper Pair, Safier, Favourite Pair (Favoriet Paar), Nieuwe Rossi and Eenoogske.

12/05/2013 - Leo Heremans presents us a few of the greatest racing pigeons in his lofts in Vorselaar in 13 short movies. In the first seven movies he talks about Bolt, Brother Bolt, Parents Bolt, Gilbert, Olympic Sperwer, Parents Olympic Sperwer and Dubbel Aske.

04/05/2013 - The international world of pigeon racing is preparing for the most important auction of the spring of 2013: the total sale of sprint virtuoso Leo Heremans, which will take place from 6 May to the weekend of 18 and 19 May on PIPA.

In December 2005, Hans Eijerkamp met and visited Leo Heremans for the first time. In this short movie, he tells us about that visit and his successes with the Heremans birds up to now.

18/03/2013 - The pigeons of Leo Heremans are in high demand. This is the result of their outstanding achievements in their home loft, which was rewarded with national titles and Olympiad pigeons up until 2012. It is also the result of a long list of top references at national and international level!

28/10/2012 - PIPA was invited by Mr. Tian Feng & his partner Mr. Liu Ye Xin, for the auction they organised of Mr. Leo Heremans. Mr. Tian & Mr. Liu are working with Lorenzo Van Russel. PIPA had nothing to do with the business side, but was invited as guest of honour. Nikolaas represented PIPA and flew together with Mr. Leo Heremans, his daughter Tamara and son-in-law Tommy and Lorenzo and Giovanni Van Russel to Beijing. It was a great trip. Thanks to Mr. Tian Feng & Mr. Liu and their team.
