10/09/2012 - To those not aware, flying birds in Ireland is one of the hardest routes in the world. The inland programme is covered with mountainous terrain and make no mistake about it each and every race is not a straight run home.
05/09/2012 - Two hundred and twenty nine fanciers entered one thousand, two hundred and eighteen old hens into the race from Fougères. The bird were liberated at 11.45 am UK time, simultaneouly with the young birds, into bright skies with no wind.
