27/01/2010 - The town of Reggio Emilia is known in a word for a few things: it gave the colours to the Italian flag, it has a wonderful cuisine including the “Lambrusco”, a good tasting red and sparkling wine,and the “Parmigiano-Reggiano also called “the king of cheese”.
