    On March , 2017, the Club of Khoy started working with 5 members under the guidance of Mr. Mehdi Nikmaram. The purpose of the establishment of the Khoy City Club is to protect the environment and combat the unauthorized bird hunting, and to host distant pigeon competitions in Khoy city.
