You can always find the auctions by clicking 'Auctions' in your menu. Below an introduction to all three auctions.
15/09/2012 - We were scrolling through some of our files and documents and we found an old copy of the newspaper Le Soir, in which René Dax talks about the experiences he gained from conversations with the late Louis Vermeijen, discussing the strict selection procedure that Louis used for selecting young birds.
14/09/2012 - Ulrich Lemmens from Balen owns the best young birds in Belgium over three and four national races (based on national and zonal results per 10). The best pigeon over three national races for young birds is 'William'; the best young bird over four races is 'Young Freddy'.

13/09/2012 - We couldn’t have hoped for a better day to end the national racing season: a sunny day, not a single cloud in the sky and only a slight breeze. This was the perfect opportunity for our pigeons to deliver a strong performance and their last chance this season to hit the ‘Top Performances’ column.
12/09/2012 - It seems like no time at all since I wrote the last Best of British leader report. Once again Pieter Oberholster, the UK agent has pulled out all of the stops to obtain pigeons from fanciers from amongst the very best that Great Britain has to offer the world of pigeon racing. The lofts that I wish to inform you briefly about in this report are responsible for countless national, one loft and classic wins, not to mention full blown international wins.

11/09/2012 - Many readers may think that I am exaggerating with my above comments about the partners Anthony & Simon Hughes of Rochdale. After all, Lancashire is an area that has long been famed for its textile industry and being one of the birth places of the industrial revolution in the UK.

10/09/2012 - To those not aware, flying birds in Ireland is one of the hardest routes in the world. The inland programme is covered with mountainous terrain and make no mistake about it each and every race is not a straight run home.
10/09/2012 - In July PIPA visited Ireland as we realise their contribution to the sport and the excellent lofts with outstanding pigeons that perform under extreme conditions. It was amazing to learn that their old and young birds have to cross two oceans on middle and long distance races before they reach the safety of their lofts.
10/09/2012 - Gaston Van de Wouwer from Berlaar has the best young bird of 2012 from Bourges, Argenton and La Souterraine in his lofts. He is also owner of the third best with three prizes; the second best is a pigeon that belongs to Jespers-Vanderwegen from Holsbeek.
09/09/2012 - By the end of September most of the competitions in pigeon racing will be completed. By the end of October the 2012 racing season is over. We would think that the fanciers and their pigeons get a deserved rest now and that they can relax for a few months after a long and demanding season.
