30/06/2012 - The 2012 race from Pau was a very fast one. The first international winners arrived at 15h45 for the shorter distances to Northern France. After this, the Belgian and Dutch fanciers knew that they could expect an early arrival as well.

His results in the past two years have proved that he has what it takes to be a successful loft competing with the best of Europe in the internationals.
26/06/2012 - The BICC were racing in conjunction with the international birds from Pau. Three hundred and sixty eight British pigeons were sent to compete with the best of Europe. The convoy was liberated at 5.45 a.m. into light variable wind conditions that were initially west in Mid France and then more southerly as the birds approached England.

22/06/2012 - It's been two years since Limoges replaced Brive as the first national long distance race of the season. This year, the race conditions were tough with heat and a north wind. It was a testing race but has already produced the first winners for some lofts and of course for Daniel Poussart.
22/06/2012 - The Messac national race was held over from the Saturday due to low pressure and rain over much of the UK. Conditions were much more favourable on the Sunday with west to south west winds and good visibility throughout. The five thousand seven hundred birds were liberated at 6.00 am and cleared well to the north.
22/06/2012 - It was a narrow win with a margin of just over three seconds, but Marcel and Gunter Vercammen have finally won a national victory with yearlings from Montluçon. Their winning pigeon was actually the fastest of the 40,104 competing pigeons!
22/06/2012 - Wim Storms had entered seven pigeons in the race from Montluçon, six of which have clocked within 14 minutes. His four old birds have probably reached the national top 100, and his best result was of course his national victory!
