19/12/2014 - 2014 will surly go down as one to remember here at Kingsmead School the project has had its most successful year ever both in and out of the classroom, there have been new arrivals to the project both of the feather variety and also with the addition to the team of students that look after the pigeons.

16/12/2014 - Pigeon fanciers from around the world have really been looking forward to the release of the PIPA Collectors Edition III. You might remember the incredible images of Chinese copies being handed out at the Lang Fang pigeon exhibition. Today we bring you the English version of our latest edition!

14/11/2014 - As a fancier we are susceptible to new ideas and innovations in pigeon racing. It is by chance that we stumbled across a product that dozens of fanciers were already talking about. This product called Wonder Pigeon was invented in Italy and its formula is patented worldwide.

08/11/2014 - The PIPA rankings of the best old birds and yearlings on the Belgian national longer middle distance races of 2014 have been finalised. The great victores are André Roodhooft (Pulderbos) and Roger & David Pierre (Pécrot) with three and two victories respectively. Team Freddy De Jaeger (Knesselare) wins one ranking.

21/07/2014 - The PIPA rankings of best old birds & yearlings in the Belgian national middle distance races have been updated. The rankings of 3, 4, 5 and 6 prizes now include the La Souterraine I results.

16/07/2014 - In several of our reports you could see fanciers wearing a loft coat or a cap with the PIPA logo. Soon readers started asking us where they could buy these items. You can find all these items with the PIPA logo in our web shop, except for the PIPA shirt.

29/06/2014 - The season has well and truly started at Kingsmead School. The past few months alterations were made to the loft for the start of the 2014 racing season. Some of Kingsmead's students got pigeons of their own and new sponsors became part of the Kingsmead School Project.

17/06/2014 - The latest PIPA DVD was presented to the public at the Fugare Pigeon Racing Fair in Belgium in February 2014. We would like to give everyone the chance to watch this DVD, so we will be publishing different parts on our website in the next few weeks.

16/06/2014 - The new website 'Flying back to nature' was created, to educate schoolchildren of the benefits of nature and to introduce them to the world of pigeons. A second website, 'Secret messages', tells of the impact of racing pigeons during the two World Wars.

16/05/2014 - Exclusive, informative and very popular, that is what PIPA Collector's Edition stands for. In a very short period of time, this exclusive book made a name for itself worldwide. A new tradition was born and in 2014/2015 the third edition of PIPA Collector's Edition will be presented. We are delighted to offer you the possibility of being part of this year's edition.

11/02/2014 - Most of you probably know that Fugare, Belgium’s biggest pigeon exhibition, takes place next weekend. This year, as in previous years, PIPA will be attending the exhibition and we really hope to welcome you at our stand. We plan to do something special this year, something in terms of “PIPA goes international”.

06/02/2014 - LDHA is the gene that stands for a lactate dehydrogenase enzyme in racing pigeons. This is an enzyme that is responsible for the recycling of lactate (into pyruvate) in the muscles. Pyruvate can be burned again by muscle fibres.
