05/01/2016 - Last weekend the young birds' auction of Gaby Vandenabeele closed with a revenue of 274,200 euro, which means we know the winners of our 2015 Christmas Quiz. The winner is Alfons Göbel from Germany. The second place goes to Bartos Istvan from Romania and Guy De Clercq from Belgium takes third place.

17/12/2015 - We are approaching the end of the year so it is time for our annual Christmas quiz. This time we organise a quiz in theme with the young birds' auction of Gaby Vandenabeele, which starts on 21st December. The fancier that guesses or comes closest to the overall revenue of this auction wins an amazing prize: a grandchild of New Laureaat, 1st International Barcelona 2013.

14/12/2015 - This weekend, on Saturday December 26 and on Sunday December 27, the auction of Kurt & Raf Platteeuw will end.

13/12/2015 - One of the most appealing pigeon sales in this auction season runs from 14 to 27 December. After many successful racing seasons Kurt and Raf Platteeuw will be selling their old and one year old racing birds. Discover their entire collection on Sunday evening 13th December, right after the last auction has closed.

10/12/2015 - PIPA will be staying in China for three weeks starting on 14 November, to visit a few important clients and to attend two pigeon exhibitions. We will publish an update with a brief report and a few pictures every one or two days.

09/12/2015 - Today, Tuesday December 8th, the auction of Freddy & Jacques Vandenheede started. This auction end on Saturday December 19th.

04/12/2015 - The auction of Nico van Noordenne (Hardinxveld-Giessendam, NL) was launched this Monday. Nico has now published a catalogue that provides a better insight into his racing approach, some of his pigeons in auction, and perhaps most importantly his worldwide references.

02/12/2015 - Today, Tuesday December 1, a new auction started. This auction ends on Saturday December 12.

01/12/2015 - 4 auctions closed this weekend, which are briefly discussed below. The four auctions raised 488.500 EURO in total.

01/12/2015 - As the auction of the partnership Thibaut-Boons is currently running on PIPA until the 5th of December, a catalogue has been released.

29/11/2015 - Sunday 29 November the auction of Nico van Noordenne will be launched. Bidding will only be possible on Monday 30 November starting from 5 pm CEST.

27/11/2015 - This weekend six auctions will end: Dirk Deroose, Olympiad Auction and KBDB Auction on Saturday and Andreas Drapa, Anne Van Meerkerk and Performance Pigeons on Sunday.

24/11/2015 - We are proud to announce the birth of the latest member of the PIPA dynasty, Jef Gyselbrecht. Jef was born on Monday morning the 23rd of November at 7:16am, 13 days after his due date, weighing in at 3.860 kg and 52.5 cm tall. He follows in the footsteps of his sister Amalia, who was born 14 days later than expected four years ago.

21/11/2015 - The annual PIPA auction of Gerard and Bas Verkerk, in which they sell youngsters from their best breeders, takes place from 23 November to 6 December. This auction is definitely worth following, as the loft from Reeuwijk has been performing exceptionally well this season. Their new catalogue should give you an idea of their achievements and the pigeon breed that is at the basis of their success.

19/11/2015 - One of this auction season's highlights is the sale of South African fancier Mark Kitchenbrand. He is known for his world-class one loft race stars Birdy and Victor. Both have won the South African Million Dollar Pigeon Race and are now up for auction.
