Liliane Demely (Moorsele, BE): victory on Chateaudun is the first highlight in a new super season

The super pigeon BE21-3055235 of Liliane Demely from the West-Flemish Moorsele achieved a magnificent double provincial victory. One of many great performances.

The BE21-3055235 of Liliane Demely won against 4,422 old birds & yearlings and against 2,826 yearlings on a provincial level with an average speed of 1216 m/min. In the club she took a 15 minute lead against 226 old birds & yearlings and a 16 minute lead against the yearlings. In the zonal result she took 1st against 2,276 old birds & yearlings, and 1st against 1,509 yearlings.

The BE21-305523521: a true top pigeon.

The achievement of this blue hen confirms what we described back in 2018: at Demely/Vanneste pigeon sport is practiced at such a high level that they have taken their place at the top of the national level. "In recent years, the colony of Liliane Demely has rocketed to the top of national pigeon sport. On the results list they race under the name of mother Liliane, but in reality it is a combination between father Filip, mother Liliane and son David Vanneste. These driven fanciers have reached the top of our sport thanks to their motivation, strong selection and introduction of quality pigeons to their colony." End quote.

Since 2018 these fanciers from Moorsele are a force to be reckoned with. Delivering continuous top results.

BE21-3055235

BE21-3055235 is a pigeon from the second round of 2021. As a youngster she was basketed on the races starting in August. David says: After 3 races the '21 season ended due to a bird flu outbreak. As a yearling she performs exceptionally well despite the little experience she had racing as a youngster! Her results speak for themselves":

The BE21-3055235 is raced on widowhood, she has a partner who stays home. Her future? David: "First we wanted to race her further, but after her 3 wondrous results we have decided to keep racing her on the middle distance. Who knows how far she can get in the ace pigeon competition?

Parents

Father of the “235-21” is “Gilbert 614-16” (BE16-3039614), himself winner of 2 x 1st Prov. Tours, and 6 x 1st. Father of “Gilbert” is “David" 431-14, 2nd Prov. and 4th Nat. Ace Pigeon 2014. The mother of Gilbert is “’t Zwartje 210-12”, 7 x 1st , from the lines of Figo-Goen of Reynaert – best yearling of Flanders 2013. True cracks.

“Gilbert 614-16”, father of the Chateaudun winner 235-21.

The pair Gilbert 614-16 x M. Blauw 160-15 (a.o sister of 5x 1st Prov.), from which 21-235 is bred, is a true super pair. Together they are parents of 7 first prize winners. Their most prominent offspring - besides Chateaudun winner 235-21- is "Miss Fontenay 958-19" (BE19-3084958), 11th Nat. Ace Pigeon, 4 x 1st. She thanks her name to the beautiful provincial victory she booked on Fontenay against 7,114 p. (1st Zone 4,389 p.), ...

Miss Fontenay”, sister of the Chateaudun winner 235-21.

The pair Gilbert 614-16 x M. Blauw 160-15 is also parents to 111-20 (4x 1st), of 033-20 (1st La Souterraine and multiple Top 10 spots) and of 105-21 (2 x 1st and 2nd Prov. 2331 p.). These breeding results need to further explanation, simply sensational.
