The late sprint champion Victor De Belser
Combination of Kaasboer x Stekpender line breeds one champion after another
The pigeon family of the late Victor De Belser consists mainly of descendants of stock pair De 655 (BE07-6035655) and De 654 (BE07-6035654), which are a grandson and granddaughter of Victor's stock cock Stekpender and Gaston Van de Wouwer's invaluable Kaasboer respectively. They were bred from a daughter of stock breeder Stekpender, which was paired to a cock of Jozef and François Goovaerts, and that cock was a son of Kaasboer. Jozef and François gave the pair of youngsters back to Victor, and from then on the nest brother and sister began to develop their own dynasty, breeding one ace pigeon or prize winner after another:

Victor would often combine the different descendants of De 655 and De 654 as well, as you can tell from a number of references.

The result: many championship titles
Needless to say, the pigeons of De Belser also managed to win quite a few championship titles thanks to their many achievements. Victor won several championship prizes in pigeon union Verbroedering Berlaar-Heikant every single sason:

The right choice
By exchanging pigeons with the Goovaerts family Victor was able to introduce one of Belgium's most successful bloodlines in his own loft: the Kaasboer bloodline. The Kaasboer descendants managed to win several top results again in 2016, including a 1st Nat. Argenton (for Tom & Jan Iwens), a 1st Interprov. Nevers (for Marcel Creten), a 1st Prov. Gien & 1st Zone Bourges (for Thijs-Peters) and a 1st & 2nd Prov. Argenton (for Team Noël-Willockx). It goes without saying that the Kaasboer bloodline really helped the late Victor De Belser to dominate the sprint competition in his area, especially in the last decade of his career.
