Auction catalogue Joël Verschoot

The Joël Verschoot pigeon auction, in which Joëls sells his old birds from 2016 and older on PIPA, takes place from Monday 4th of March until Sunday 17th of March. You can either download the catalogue here, you can order a printed catalogue or you can pick up a copy at next weekend's Fugare!

Joël Verschoot, Belgium's number one in the long distance in 2018, will be selling his entire collection of old birds from 2016 and older. This is a group of top class pigeons, including some fantastic long distance racing birds with proven records. We have no less than four national first prize winners on offer: Cees (1st Nat. Brive), Agen (1st Nat. Agen), Suzanne (1st Nat. Pau) and most importantly Armando, the most successful long distance bird of all time. He is 1st Olympiad Pigeon Cat. C Poznan 2019, 1st Nat. Ace Pigeon Long Distance KBDB 2018 and 3rd Nat. Ace Pigeon Long Distance KBDB 2017, and he has a 1st Nat Angoulême 2018, a 2nd Nat. Limoges 2018 and a 2nd Nat. Limoges 2017 to his name.

He will be sold along with some other long distance champions, with most notably Contador (10th Nat. Ace Pigeon Long Distance KBDB 2018, 1st Prov. and 6th Nat. Libourne 2018, 3rd Nat. Angoulême 2018), Armando's full brother Barry (9th Nat. Brive, 18th Nat. Limoges), and Nopri (2nd Nat. Ace Pigeon Allround KBDB and 6th Nat. Ace Pigeon Long Distance KBDB 2017. It is quite rare for such a collection of top quality pigeons to be sold in a single auction.
