07/09/2015 - Eamon Kelly is known as one of the true workers of the sport in the UK. He combines racing his team of successful pigeons with his role as race controller for the National Flying Club and thus his two victories from Ancenis and Tarbes have been popular amongst the pigeon fraternity in the UK.

19/09/2014 - The National Flying Club young bird race was expected to be from Fougères, but due to bad weather on the Saturday the birds were brought back to Falaise and released on the Tuesday morning at 09.30am BST. 18/06/2014 - One hundred and eighty two members entered one thousand and five birds into the British Barcelona Club race from Niort. They were liberated at 6am into a light east north easterly wind on a day that proved testing for racing across the UK. 06/05/2014 - Three thousand, two hundred and twenty nine pigeons were entered into the first British International Championship Club race from Falaise on the 5th May 2014. They were liberated at 8.00am into sunshine and a light north easterly wind. The provisional result is as follows.

06/07/2012 - Six hundred and fifty five members of the National Flying Club entered two thousand eight hundred and eight birds into the prestigious race from Tarbes.With poor weather over France on the Friday the birds were held over and finally released at 13.45 hrs on the Saturday meaning even the shortest of flyers would have pigeons nighting out.
