14/07/2023 - The British Barcelona Club pigeons were liberated along with the rest of the international convoy at 07.00CEST. What followed was a truly historic day for pigeon racing in the UK, with the first bird ever to be clocked on the day from this iconic racepoint, Southfield History!

11/09/2012 - This was the final race in the 2012 season for the British International Championship Club. The two convoys, old hens and young birds were liberated simultaneously at 9 am UK time on Saturday 8th September.

05/09/2012 - Two hundred and twenty nine fanciers entered one thousand, two hundred and eighteen old hens into the race from Fougères. The bird were liberated at 11.45 am UK time, simultaneouly with the young birds, into bright skies with no wind.

11/05/2012 - The last weekend of April will go down in history as one of the worst weekend racing ever in the UK. Rain and strong North Easterly winds meant that many races were held over from Saturday till Monday. One such organisation was the British International Championship Club. This club organises the International race programme for the UK and has a series of National races.
