Simon Ferguson
First open and first centre section was won by Simon Ferguson of Brighton with a youngster on 1882mpm over 144 miles. Simon started racing pigeons in 2012 and his first birds came from Steve Cook of Wandsworth and Pat Harris of Portsmouth. The winner from Guernsey was a Van Loon cock bred from birds he swapped with R and K Connor of Croydon. Simon has named his national winner Stan's Machine after his three year old nephew.
Dean Childs
Dean Childs of Basildon was second open and first east section on 1797mpm over 200 miles. Dean clocked a hen bred down from his Mark Gilbert family, on the sire's side the bloodlines go back to Southfield Supreme, the Dax international winner. On the dam's side there are birds going back to Mark's Andreas Drapas imports.
Mr Wakerley
Mr and Mrs Wakerley of Basildon timed a youngster on 1785mpm over 195 miles to take third open and second east section. Their darkness hen contains Perpignan 06 bloodlines from Brockamp x Flint Venner. The partners had fifteen out of their twenty entries on the day.
Gosling & Jarvis
Gosling and Jarvis of Mountnessing were fourth open and third east section on 1767mpm over 197 miles. The partners timed a blue pied cock raced on the natural system and bred from one of their best racers, Prince when paired to its grandaughter. The partners timed a second pigeon just four seconds later, this being a blue cock bred by Premier Stud from Albert Derwa bloodlines.
Westbury Bros
The Westbury Brothers of Canterbury took fifth open and fourth east section on 1761mpm over 205 miles. The brothers clocked their grizzle cock containing Jos Thoné x Louella Busschaert bloodlines.
Fred Ager
Sixth open and fifth east section was won by Fred Ager from Grays on 1760mpm over 189 miles. Fred timed a young hen bred from pigeons he brought in from Foxwood Lofts of York.

D Heywood and Son from Laindon were seventh open and sixth east section on 1756mpm over 196 miles. Dave and Gary timed a daughter of their fifth open winner from Messac, it is turn being a son of Birthday Boy, first open Poitiers.
Charlie Simmons of Basildon clocked a youngster on 1751.18mpm over 198 miles to take eighth open and seventh east section.
Micky Watts of Soutminster was ninth open and eighth east section on 1751.10mpm over 211 miles. Micky's pigeon was bred by Mark Evans and contains Pre Olympic Vandenabeele bloodlines.
Fred Kimpton
Completing the top ten and in second centre section is F Kimpton from Richmond on 1742mpm over 170 miles. Fred timed a blue hen on its third race of the season, the sire was bred by Derek Rooney of Warrington, whilst the dam came from two Brian Goodwin pigeons.

J Etherington of Waterlooville was third centre section on 1736mpm over 119 miles.
Aaron Haines
Aaron Haines of Cheltenham was first west section on 1375mpm over 170 miles. Aaron timed Bullet Proof bred from his Young Boris family originating from Richard Green.
Second west section was timed by P Boden of Frome on 1180mpm over 122 miles. Philip clocked a Vandenabeele youngster, one of a kit of twelve sent to him to test by William Byrne of Kings Lynn.
A & J Griggs
Mr and Mrs Griggs of Frome were third west section on 969mpm over 122 miles. The partners timed a Soontjen cock bred by Clive and Jill Rogers of Radstock.
C Crick & Son
The north-centre section was won by C Crick and Son from Stotfold on 1698mpm over 203 miles. The Cricks also timed a yearling to provisionally top the section in the any age race as well. Both pigeons were bred from stock obtained from Bob Fenech of Attleborough.
Paul Loom
Second north-centre section went to B and P Loom of Wyboston on 1623mpm over 212 miles. Their timer was bred from a Gaston Van der Wouwer sire when paired to a hen from Geoff and Catherine Cooper.
John Black
John Black of Hitchin was third north-centre section on 1444mpm over 203 miles. John purchased a kit of ten youngsters from Robbie Harris of Ramsgate and the sire of his young hen is a cousin of Robbie's 2015 Perpignan international winner.
Philip Harrod of Lowestoft was first north-east section on 1701mpm over 277 miles. Philip clocked a blue cock containing DeRauw Sablon bloodlines and raced on the darkness system.
Dave Downing
Second north-east section on 1662mpm over 231 miles went to D Downing of Suffolk. David timed one of his M and D Evans Vandenabeele family of pigeons, bred from a son of Jas when paired to a grandaughter of Eisenhower. David had nine out of ten birds on the day.
Roger Strowger
Mr and Mrs Strowger from Leiston were third north-east section on 1650mpm over 261 miles. Roger clocked a cock bred from a hen that was first section from Guernsey as a youngster, bred from a Barrie Wiggg sire and a Soontjen dam.
John Rodway
The north-west section was won by John Rodway of Ruchwick on 1174mpm over 187 miles. John timed a slatey hen sent racing to the perch and hatched at the end of April.
Mr I Barnbrook of Alveley was second north-west section on 1036mpm over 207 miles. Ian bought this youngster at a club young bird sale.
Booth & Roper
Third north-west section on 975mpm over 176 miles went to Booth and Roper of Tewkesbury.
