05/02/2016 - Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp are running one of the world's most renowned pigeon families, a family based on the renowned Van Loon pigeons, the top class breed of Heremans-Ceusters and pigeons of Stefaan Lambrechts.
03/01/2016 - Hans & Evert-Jan Eijerkamp had another great season, winning 14 teletext prizes, several first prizes and top results, and achieving an impressive prize percentage. They also had several references both in The Netherlands and abroad, which explains why this is an internationally renowned top loft.
02/10/2015 - A select group of young birds from the best breeders of Hans & Evert-Jan Eijerkamp will be sold in auction from Monday the 5th of October. This loft is celebrating its 65th anniversary, and the two fanciers did not want this auction to pass by unnoticed. That is why they published a catalogue with all the young birds that will be sold in auction.
22/05/2015 - Hans & Evert-Jan Eijerkamp have won a first and second prize in the first middle distance race from Soissons against 8,508 pigeons, and they proved the fastest two pigeons overall in Province 8 against 14,630 pigeons.
24/12/2014 - Two of our sport’s most iconic pigeon fanciers joined forces in 2014 to form quite an exceptional team. Sky Chen (the owner of ‘Chanel No. 5’) and Hans & Evert-Jan Eijerkamp (the owner of ‘Nieuwe Olympiade’) got in touch as they were both looking for the perfect partner for their respective breeders, and the result is a group of 7 youngsters of exceptional value.

10/04/2013 - Now that the Leo Heremans auction is coming up, PIPA asked Hans Eijerkamp to testify about his experience with the Heremans pigeons. In December 2005, Hans Eijerkamp met and visited Leo Heremans for the first time. In this short movie, he tells us about that visit and his successes with the Heremans birds up to now.
16/02/2013 - Two Dutchmen (Jan Hooymans and the Landewe brothers) had already won two car races at the 17th edition of the South African Million Dollar Pigeon Race. Thanks to the achievements of the occasional partnership of Ton de Kovel and Henk Jurriëns this Million Dollar Pigeon Race has been a complete success for The Netherlands. Their top class Untamed Desert, which stems from the renowned Eijerkamp breeding lofts, managed to outclass a field of 2,793 pigeons in the final race of 553 km from Douglas to Johannesburg.
11/01/2013 - The story of Team Eijerkamp sounds like a fairy tale. They recognised the talent of a loft; they purchased pigeons from that loft and eventually they became at least as successful as the owner of that loft himself. Team Eijerkamp has achieved this in a way never seen before!

17/07/2012 - The 67th season of one of the most well known pigeon families seems to be one of their best ever. Many of their competitors think the Eijerkamp family is impossible to beat in 2012. In 17 big races they took no less than twelve first prizes, including two x first in teletext races!

31/03/2012 - On the eve of the next season, the world's most renowned loft can look back at an exceptional 2011, with Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp winning in diverse disciplines, from NPO Concours over the Europe Cup to one loft races and references world-wide... Wherever Eijerkamp participated, the results were excellent.
21/12/2011 - There had been rumours before, but Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp have now decided to make the grand distance their main goal again for 2012, with the main objective being the Queen’s race in Barcelona. Their present stock of overnight pigeons, with cracks such as ‘Drogba’, ‘Mabel’, ‘Salinero’, ‘Tiesto’ and ‘Henry’ will form the basis of their colony, together with pigeons from Harry and Roger Wijnands from Maastricht, which were purchased in 2006 and 2007.
08/12/2011 - They are ecstatic, Cees, Richard and actually the entire Van Panhuis family. This year they don't only have a top pigeon in the lofts, but with her also won the tile 1° Nat youngsters Ace bird.
26/10/2011 - With great conviction the Eijerkamp team showed in 2011 the great potential of their world-renowned breeding stable. Top class this year which translated into no less than seventeen (17!) Rankings within the top 10 in the prestigious NPO-1 day competitions. With 11 possibilities that means an average of 1.5 per Teletext places; simply astounding.
31/08/2009 - Who hasn’t heard of them, this very passionate family from the Dutch Brummen? They have achieved a great number of national and international titles. Nothing is too much for them to ensure that they can continue to perform at the high level of the last few years.
24/06/2009 - The Eijerkamp Team races under two names: H. Eijerkamp and sons with Piet Schrijvers as carer and Lotte Eijerkamp with Gerard Boesveld as carer. Together they had basketted 76 pigeons for this 1-day long distance race. The expectations were high for this race.
