14/09/2019 - The young birds of Benny Steveninck have demonstrated their potential once again, in the national race from Chateauroux II (10/08). They claim a 1st and 2nd provincial against 5,165 pigeons with the best two young birds in all of East Flanders.
15/04/2019 - Benny Steveninck discovered a truly invaluable bloodline in Chipo, which led to fabulous results even at provincial and national level. He has been delivering uninterruptedly for more than 15 years now.
11/10/2018 - He claimed more than 26 first prizes, he won a 1st Zone B1 from Gueret, he claimed a 2-3-4-5-8 on a single day, and he even won the first 15 prizes in a single race. It goes to show that the Benny Steveninck pigeons were once again outstanding in 2018; they were at times impossible to beat!
16/07/2018 - The renowned Chipo bloodline continues to deliver for Benny Steveninck from East Flanders. They were highly successful with Grandson Pepchi (national winner of Chateauroux of 2,780 pigeons and a 1st Provincial Montluçon of 3,700 pigeons) and the team now wins a 1st Zone Gueret with another grandson: Brother Pepchi BE16-4024909.
21/06/2018 - Some things never change, especially not in pigeon racing. Some fanciers manage to achieve great results every single week, season after season, and Benny Steveninck is clearly one of them. The fancier from Hamme has had another very successful early season in 2018.
03/04/2018 - Today, the 1st of April, was the closing day of 8 different auctions. It was a very successful auction weekend, with an average sale price of just over 2,960 EURO/pigeon. We briefly take you through each of the auctions.
28/03/2018 - The bloodline of stock breeder Chipo turned Benny Steveninck into a world renowned fancier. Meanwhile breeding birds De Gueret (national winner Limoges) and Sun (1st Nat. Ace Pigeon KBDB) followed in Chipo's footsteps; they have now taken over the Steveninck breeding loft.
03/09/2017 - He had already come into prominence as the first prize winner in the PIPA ranking for 'best old bird across 6 national races 2016'. He does even better in 2017, with a 1st National Chateauroux 2,762 old birds. Benny Steveninck's first prize winner is the phenomenal Pepchi (BE14-4059809).
08/08/2017 - It goes without saying that Benny Steveninck from Hamme is having another brilliant season. Anyone who watches the longer middle distance competition and the long distance competition to some extent will have noticed the numerous top results from Benny's racing birds in the club and at provincial and national level.
20/03/2017 - Pepchi BE14-4059809 is the best old bird of 2016 over 6 national longer middle distance races. He wins not only the PIPA ranking, he is also 7th Nat. Ace Pigeon KBDB longer middle distance 2016. And he happens to be a grandchild of stock breeder Chipo!
23/09/2016 - The fancier from Hamme has had a 2016 season with plenty of top results. He won 30 clear first prizes, 2 provincial first prizes, a 2nd national from Argenton and numerous other top prizes at provincial, zonal and national level. Benny Steveninck confirms his status as a national champion.
05/07/2016 - Benny's first nominated yearling, top class hen Chen, was very close to winning a national first prize. She was in fact the second fastest of 31,992 pigeons basketed for Argenton. She did win a first prize at provincial level, where she was also the fastest of 8,103 pigeons. Still, we assume Benny will be slightly disappointed.
16/09/2015 - The race from Chateauroux IV marks the end of the longer middle distance season 2015. It might sound like a cliché, but 2015 has been yet another marvellous season for Benny Steveninck from Hamme.
06/07/2015 - The achievements of Benny Steveninck in recent weeks have been quite impressive. He won a top 5 place from Bourges I, three provincial top 5 places from Châteauroux I, and 4 provincial top 5 prizes form Guéret I. He did even better in the weekend of 20 June, winning a 2nd provincial Limoges II old birds, a 3rd provincial Montluçon old birds, and last but not leats a 1st provincial Montluçon yearlings.
27/02/2015 - There is one man who really dominated the provincial and national longer middle distance and light long distance in recent seasons. We think no other fancier has left his mark on the competition more than Benny Steveninck from the East Flemish town of Hamme.
