1) 1st Race of China International One-loft Pigeon-race
Date: 25th October 2010,
Distance: 200KM,
Liberation: in Heng-shui, He-bei province.
2) 2nd Race of China International One-loft Pigeon-race
Date: 1st November 2010
Distance: 300KM
Liberation: Wei county, He-bei province
3) 3rd Race of China International One-loft Pigeon-race (also for both National Championship of Pigeon Race in Middle-distance and Selective Trial for World Racing-pigeon Championship)
Date: 9 November 2010
Distance: 500KM
Liberation: Wei-hui, Henan province
4.- Pigeon Collection
1) Collecting days: 1st April – 30 June 2010
2) Collecting Venue: Beijing Biao-you International Racing-pigeon Breeding Center
3) One official pigeon with one reserve pigeon, totally 5000 pigeons (including the reserve pigeons) limited for race. Pigeon’s Ring Number will be covered and an electronic ring put onto pigeon when entered into the loft. Information on the pigeons in the loft will be made known via internet for supervision from fanciers
4) Pigeons from Abroad shall be paid for the Entry Fee in the equivalent foreign currency. Fees for the Declaration and Quarantine from customs and Transportation freight are born by the foreign fanciers.
5) Pigeons for race will be vaccinated by the loft. Notification is required should pigeon-owner vaccinate his/her pigeon by himself/herself.
5.- Fees & Payment
1) 35 € per pigeon shall be paid for the feedings when you enter your pigeons, and 450 € per pigeon shall be paid within 10 days after the Inventory that is due before middle of August. The reserve pigeons, which exist in the loft after the 150KM training (the last training), shall be paid 450 € per pigeon.
2) Pigeon that is unpaid within the days as ruled will be disqualified for the race, and not allowed to be transferred to others, and regarded as waived by the owner in the ownership and the loft has right to handle the pigeon in any ways.

1) 1st Race:
Top 100 positions to prize, cups to the front 3 positions and diplomas to each of the top 100 fanciers.

7.- The Racing Rules

3) Owner will be kept informed for the pigeon to replace the pigeon that is dead or lost before the registration, while the pigeon that dies or lost after the registration will be taken as eliminated from the race, for which our Center will not take the responsibility for the compensation.
4) No less than 15 trainings will be conducted before the races. To get a competitive condition, home-flight training will be continued after the 150KM training. Our Center will refund the Entry Fee should the pigeon fail to take part in the 1st race due to the lost or dead of illness, while for the pigeon lost from the normal home-flight training during the days between each races, our Center will not be responsible for the compensation.

6) Team-competition:
One team consists of 8 pigeons. You are qualified for the team-competition when you have no less than 8 pigeons entered for race. The teams will be numbered as A,B,C… when your pigeons entered can be teamed more than one. You team your pigeons within 10 days after the inventory and are not allowed to change it once your teaming is fixed. Our computer will team your pigeons automatically if you don’t team your pigeons in time, and you take the consequence produced from the computer-teaming.
The team that has most number of pigeons in the top 400 places from the final race is the winner, with at least no less than 2 pigeons in the top 400 places. In the event of a tie, the ranking is subject to the first pigeon placed the highest in the final race.
7) Prizing for Ace-pigeons:
Ace Pigeon is the pigeon that has the highest speed combined from the three races of 200KM, 300KM and 500KM. In the event of a tie, the pigeon with the highest speed in the final race is the winner.

9)For the 1st race and 2nd race, The registration ends at 18:00 of the releasing day. In the final race, the registration will last to 18:00 of the day next to the day the first pigeon is registered, with the covering ring on.
Rest of the prize will be shared out equally by the basketed pigeons should the registered pigeons are less than 50% (200 pigeons) of the number to prize during the registration hours, while rest of prize will be shared out equally by the back pigeons should the pigeons registered during the registration hours reaches or more than 50% (200 pigeons) of the number to prize.

12) For Fairness, Justice, Openness and Transparence, three days before the final race, representatives will be chosen from the fanciers by drawing Lots, who will reside in the loft supervising the treatment and controlling over the pigeons on expense born by the loft. Fanciers are allowed to follow the truck for both the t·raining flights and the racing flights.
8.- pigeon-handling after Races
1) All prized pigeons and foreign pigeons coming back home will be auctioned one week after the races. Owner of the prized pigeon should provide the pedigree before the auction. Foreign pigeon should be accompanied with copy of the importing document. The income made from the auction will be share at 60% to the owner and 40% to the loft. 2) Owner takes back his pigeon unsold from the auction with his racing card. Pigeon that is not taken by the owner within 20 days after the auction will be regarded as abandoned by the owner and the loft will handle it. The loft will help for transportation of unsold pigeon on expense born by the owner of the pigeon.
