For the Tours in the middle of august the IWV had 2357 pigeons at the start, of which the 3082141-10 from Pierre was the fastest. This was the 2nd provincial victory with the youngsters in 2010 for this champion from Deerlijk ….

He had already previously won the 1st interprovincial from Nantes against 2423 pigeons. It clearly illustrates the class in the lofts of Pierre and we also have to add that many other lofts have also raced very successfully with the Ameye-pigeons. Pierre has been one of the absolute eye-catchers in the coast province for years and in the Fond club in Rekkem he is one of the toughest opponents.
The provincial victory on that 14th of August went to a cock from the 2nd round which was raced with the sliding door with the 2nd round of hens. He was darkened until the 21st of June from 18h00 to 7am. Lighting is then used until the end of the season.
