サンシティー・ミリオンダラーレース - 最終レース、１月３０日（土曜日）最初の鳩が到着しました。
The final race was not an easy one. It was 560 tough kilometres with a head wind. The first prize was won by Team Klemens from the Czech Republic. They entered 36 pigeons. Their pigeon originates from an old Czech pedigree Sklenav. 2nd prize was won by Gaby Vandenabeele, he was the first Belgian. Further a tremendous performance for Gerard Koopman, who won 5th place, last year 3rd place in the final and the year before 2nd place. Team Koopman also won 16th place. In the top 5 three years in a row !! Congratulations once again to the Koopman team!
We are also proud to see that a pigeon which was bred by PiPa was the 2nd Belgian pigeon and won 13th prize! PiPa entered 9 pigeons and for the final race there were 5 pigeons over. This pigeon was bred in the PiPa Elite Centre.

There are many top birds all around the world nowadays. It seems M. Gaby VDA have some of them
Congratulations to the winners, and especially to the Czech team, which proved that super class pigeons exists also in Eastern Europe not only in Belgium and Netherlands. I wondere which of the first two pigeons was more expensive?
Wat te denken van de prestatie van "Pinguin Syndicate" in het algemeen, 9 duiven mee en 3 tussen de eerste 50 in de Grand Averages, en "Woody" in het bijzonder zowel 1ste Belgische duif in de Grand Averages Hot Spots (11de) als 1ste Belgische duif in de Grand Averages algemeen (3de).
Yes, Julian ... and I have to add that this pigeon origin is in Czech republic (75 % - old czech line).
Team Klemens had 36 entries in the event Vs Gaby Vandenabeele 3 entries! Class always comes to the top.
I love how they (pipa) mention the winner then they mention how many pigeons they entered..."Team Klemens from the Czech Republic. They entered 36 pigeons.". Then they praise the KOOPMAN's and all of their amazing results. But they forgot to mention how many pigeons the KOOPMAN'S entered...75 birds this year and what like 100 last year...Come on if you can't place one pigeon in the top 10 with entering that many birds, your birds must really suck!
Oops. I am sorry they entered 70 pigeons this year not 75. I am doing my initial study of the entries at the moment, did anyone enter more pigeons than the Koopmans? I can find that Gaby entered 3 pigeons. Excellent a 2nd place with only 3 pigeons entered. More to follow!
Koopman actually entered 91 pigeons this year originally.
But the fact remains, even if you enter 500 birds, if they are not good enough they wont score at the top.
Koopman enter 91 and had 7 on the day.
The rest of Netherlands combined entered 315 and they all only managed 7 on the day.... so who is better?

HELLO from Serbia,I think that all pigeons on this race are very good, but Gaby is again show us that he is a high class.
He enter three pigeon and one of tham was 2nd.on final race.

ik had gehoopt op een iets genuanceerde berichtgeving. Koopman had minimaal 75 duiven ingeschreven a 75000 dollar.... De nummer 1 36 duiven... gaby vandenabeele slechts 3... wat is nu knapper en beter...
Deze race is alleen maar voor de happy few die deze bedragen kunnen uitgeven en publiciteit kunnen genereren... jammer dat bij jullie de commercie hoogtij viert....
Dont forget the british. especially slim timmis, entered 6 had 4 left for the main race, 3 were timed in on the day all in the first150, 2 in the top 55.
