In the sleepy northern Dutch town of Gramsbergen, in the land of canals and flower fields, situated on the borders of the De Vecht River lives the well known Dutch Fancier Doctor Frans Zwols. Frans is a modest man at heart yet he has excelled in many fields, in his work as a Doctor and as an administrator in office for the NPO and now with his racing pigeons.

Frans Zwols from Gramsbergen in Overrijssel is both at administrative level and in sporting terms, well known in the Dutch pigeon sport. For years he was chairman of our national organisation NPO and chairman of province 10 North Netherlands.
