How to reset my password?

When you are not able to login because you can't remember your password, you can easily reset your password by following these instructions:

• Go to http://www.pipa.be/
• In the right column, search the link Request new password or use this link: http://www.pipa.be/en/user/password.

• Please provide your username or e-mail address which is registered at http://www.pipa.be. Press E-mail new password.

• Further instructions are now e-mailed to you. Please contact your mailbox.

• You received an e-mail from admin@pipa.be. This mail has been sent to you from our system. Please do not respond at this mail!
• It's very important to click the link in this e-mail. You can only do this once!

• This message tells you, you can only login once. After logging, you have to change your password. Press Login.

• This screen is asking you to set your new password. You need to do this twice as we want to be sure the password is provided to us correctly.
  Important: your PIPA-password is case sensitive. "Password" is thus not the same as "password".
