The “Pou-Pou” and “Liesje” from Rik Cools - Ruiselede (BE) win 1st and 2nd provincial Argenton old birds respectively in West-Flanders.

Nationally he begins with the 4th prize…..consequently Rik will probably have a superb national result.
Provincially he achieved the following figures:
485 old birds:       1 – 2 – 6 – 9 – 14  - 39 …….(10/12)
3109 youngsters : 4 – 7  - 24 – 27 – 33 – 34 – 36 - 41 – 58 – 89 – 92 ……(26/38)

It was 2 hens in widowhood who achieved the first two prizes in this provincial doubling. The “Pou-Pou” achieved an average minute speed of 1313, 58 m, the “Liesje” achieved 1310, 18 m/min over the for them 513 km long journey.
