2010 Beijing Golden Top – Great Wall one loft Race
竞赛规程 主办单位：北京长城鸽业有限公司
承办单位：北京金顶长城国际赛鸽中心
监赛单位：北京市信鸽协会
参赛条件
1 凡承认本规程的国内外信鸽爱好者均可参赛。
2 参赛鸽必须是25天—35天龄健康鸽，参赛鸽必须佩带一枚国家或地区信鸽组织承认的2010年正式足环，凡所在地区有疫情的本鹏均不接受。
3 参赛鸽由承办单位统一种疫苗（新城疫、沙门氏、鸽痘疫苗），参赛鸽已接种疫苗的请在交鸽时主动说明，交承办单位备案。
4 无论集鸽多少，比赛照常举行，奖金全额发放，集鸽日起每天网上公布当日集鸽情况。

5 鸽友将参赛鸽交入承办单位后，本规程即为双方合同生效，双方必须遵守合同条款。

1 北京金顶长城国际赛鸽盛会 预赛、决赛、团体赛(Group race)、鸽王赛(Ace pigeon
2 预赛(Semi-final race date:)
日期：11月5日 星期四 300公里 地点：河北省（南线）
Nov. 05(Thursday) 2010: 300kms
3 决赛 (Final Race date)
日期：11月15日 星期日 500公里 地点：河南省（南线）
Nov. 15(Sunday) 2010: 500kms
注：以上比赛如遇恶劣天气时间相应顺延或择期，即时上网通知。
参赛办法
1）团体赛(Group race)：凡交6羽参赛鸽（含2羽预备鸽）为一参赛单位具备参加团体赛资格，超出6羽的倍数则另算一组，编组A、B、C……以此类推。以决赛获奖前400名内两羽以上羽数多者为胜，如获奖羽数相同，按第一羽获奖鸽名次先后排名。9月1日北京市信鸽协会查棚后十日内参赛鸽主自行确定团体赛参赛鸽足环号码，逾期则以电脑自动排序分组为准，一经指定不可更改，即时上网公布。
Group race: 6 pigeons in a group (including two reserved birds)
2）综合鸽王赛：参赛鸽在三关的分速相加，分速高者名次列前。分速相同的参赛鸽，决赛分速高者名次列前。
参赛费用、交鸽时间、地点及付款方式(Entering fee:)
1交鸽时交清饲养管理费每羽300元， 150公里训放结束后将邀请北京市信鸽协会裁判组进行查棚，参赛鸽主按查棚单10日内交清同一名下全部存棚鸽参赛费每羽3000元。本届比赛限收5000羽。
To pay initial fee 300rmb(about 30euro) per pigeon, the rest can be paid after the 150kms training race .. for those pigeons still available for race: each pigeon 3000rmb = about 300euro ..
2 集鸽期间接受参赛者预定购卡。
3 交鸽时间： 2010年4月1日至6月30日 集鸽5000羽提前结束

4 交鸽地点：1）北京金顶长城国际赛鸽中心
北京市大兴区常各庄村（京开高速赵东村出口）
5 境外鸽交纳等值外币，报关费、检疫费及运费自理。
Int’l transport fee is for the foreign loft’s account.
6 北京及周边地区鸽友可提前预约上门收鸽。外地鸽友可通过空运、铁路及长途汽车将参赛鸽托运至北京（运费自理），但须提前通知本中心接收。

7 外地鸽友可将参赛费直接汇入以下帐户（手续费自理），汇款后请将汇款凭证注明参赛鸽主姓名、地址和电话，传真给北京金顶城国际赛鸽中心以便查询。

8 参赛鸽友须在规定时限内交清同一名下的赛鸽参赛费方可参加比赛，如在规定时限内未办理交款手续，则视为鸽主自动放弃赛鸽所有权，北京金顶长城国际赛鸽中心有权做任何处理。

比赛办法
Training: 10~15 training : from 5 ~ 200kms

1 执行中国信鸽协会最新审定的2002年《信鸽竞赛规则与裁判法》。
2 裁判员由北京信鸽协会统一选派，负责检查比赛场地、配套设施及比赛时的集鸽、运输、司放、监放、成绩审定等项工作。参赛鸽路训10—15次（5-200公里），第一关、第二关冠亚军鸽主需派人监放每人每天补助500元。比赛时欢迎参赛鸽主提前预约自愿报名监督比赛。
3 比赛采用GPS测距电子扫描系统计时，按分速（保留小数点后四位数）排列名次，分速高者名次领先，分速相同按计时系统自动排列顺序为准。若电子计时系统出现故障或其他不可抗拒的因素（预赛、决赛将采用一次性特制封环及其他防弊措施），由本次大赛竞赛委员会和裁判组作最终裁决，公告公示后发放奖金、举行拍卖。
4 赛鸽从入棚立即佩带电子足环，同时将密封原始足环，以保证参赛鸽接受完全相同的饲养及训练。承办单位定期通过网站向参赛鸽友提供参赛鸽的家飞情况和训放成绩，随时接受各位参赛鸽友的查询。

5 预赛报到期限当日18：00止归巢有效，决赛报到有效期为第一羽赛鸽归巢后至次日晚18时结束，报到期内归巢鸽获奖名次未满100羽剩余名次的奖金由决赛上笼鸽均分，超过100羽但不足400羽则剩余名次的奖金由决赛获奖鸽均分。
参赛鸽的意外损失和处理
2010年8月1日前参赛鸽如发生飞失或病亡，承办单位将及时通知参赛鸽主补交，补交鸽仍具备参加团体赛资格。8月1日后参赛鸽发生飞失或病亡按自然淘汰处理，承办单位不负责赔偿，因伤病不能参赛的赛鸽由承办单位通知参赛鸽友领回。为保证参赛鸽的竞技状态，预赛前后赛鸽均正常家飞，预赛上笼前飞失的参赛鸽退还参赛费，预赛后飞失按自然淘汰处理。
获奖鸽、归巢鸽归属
1 2010年月日在举行颁奖拍卖大会，日拍卖决赛前400名双号获奖鸽及境外归巢鸽，日拍卖决赛前400名单号获奖鸽及境外归巢鸽。拍卖收入60%返还参赛者，40%归承办单位。
2未拍出的获奖鸽及归巢鸽由鸽主凭参赛卡免费领回，拍卖结束后20天内鸽主不来领取则视为放弃，由承办单位处理，收益归承办单位所有。
3 参赛鸽费用必须在规定时间内全部交清，如果鸽主未办理交款手续则视为鸽主自动放弃所有权，承办单位有权作任何处理。
4 集鸽至比赛期间如遇不可抗拒疫情或与国家有关规定相冲突而导致比赛不能进行，将按照国家规定执行，承办单位将全款退还鸽主所交参赛费。

I first heard about "Great Wall",when I was bidding for Mr.Marcel Nicolaescu on PIPA.You were our greatest oponent...Mr Nicolaescu use to say before of every auction :" If Great Wall doesn't bid against us ,100% we will have the pigeon".
I speak a lot with Nikolaas,my belgian brother,about pigeons,and he told me how serious you are ,and ,it's very cleary that you have a BIG passion for pigeons.

I think it is better way to collect the pigeons with the fanciers
themselfs. Because on this way we avoid extra 'stress-situations' and 'distribution' from some sicknesses with young birds.
Another service that we can deliver is the following: while our driver pick up the pigeons at the home from the fanciers, they can pay the entree fee to our driver. After collecting all the money the day from pick up, we can wire the money to an account in Hong Kong. That is no problem for us. On that way you are sure that the people pay the entree fee.
We can deliver this service for free, with a minimum quantity from 3 pigeons each loft in Belgium and 5 pigeons each loft in Holland. It depends from the routes that our drivers needs to follow if the minimal quanitty can go down or not. We can discuss with the people to collect some pigeons together if they have only 1 or 2 pigeons to enter to the one loft race. For sure in Holland.

我们去收鸽时还可以提供代收参赛费的服务，以保障每羽参赛鸽都确实缴费，然后把收齐的款项汇到专为欧洲参赛鸽设立的香港账户。如果比利时每家派遣至少3羽，荷兰鸽舍每家5羽，上述提及的上门收鸽和代收参赛费的服务是免费的。 如果有的鸽舍只想派出一两羽, 他们可以把鸽子送到附近也要参赛的鸽舍集中在一起，我们再去收鸽即可。

In the pigeon world, we use the same language, we help each other. For example; when I visited China, My Chinese pigeon fanciers treated me so well. They ask for taking photo with me, they want to get my handbook for reading and studying my pigeons. Their behavior was deeply touching my heart. We have best moment because of the pigeon. I deeply wish Chinese pigeon one loft racing became best of the best. And wish the Chinese pigeon fancier enjoy this racing and have best performance. I love China.
