Non-payers in PIPA auctions

In the first half of the auction season 2011-2012, PIPA sold already more than 2300 quality pigeons. The biggest part of these pigeons already moved in to the lofts of the new owner. After the first 5 months of this auction season only 13 people out of all of our buyers didn't pay for the pigeons they bought.
