New employees at PIPA

In the past few weeks PIPA has expanded its team, this time by hiring 2 employees which will work PIPA in Taiwan. We would like to introduce them to you.

Shuping Chang (Assistant Chinese market)

Shuping lives in Taipei (Taiwan). She is an experienced nurse and has worked in the medical sector for years. She got to know Luna and was invited to join the PIPA team, to assist her for the Chinese market.

Her main responsibility is to support and improve customer service, to support the sales department, as well as to improve customer satisfaction.

Shuping believes that learning is a continuous process which can take place anywhere and anytime. Joining the PIPA team is a challenge for Shuping.

Maggie Hsiao (Assistant Chinese market)

Maggie also lives in Taipei (Taiwan). She is a college graduate, with years of experience in the field of customer service and sales support. Through Luna she joined the PIPA team as the assistant for the Taiwanese market. Her main responsibility is the same as Shuping's albeit for the Taiwanese market: to support and improve customer service, to support the sales department and to improve customer satisfaction.

In the meantime, she addresses herself to the communication in English between PIPA headquarters and the Chinese and Taiwanese market. For instance, she translates the marks of all pigeons on auction into Chinese and puts them online in a user-friendly format.

It is a great opportunity for Maggie to get to know the world of pigeon racing in which can learn lots of interesting things. Briefly put: it's a great pleasure for Maggie to work for PIPA.
