When you ask fanciers in Germany who is Dieter Siebert they will answer the man with the Koopman birds. He was one of the first in Germany who beliefed in the Toppers from Ermerveen. Only out of the Best of the Best from Gerard Koopman moved to north hessian Meinhard-Jestädt. Auction
