Op 1 november 2009 werden de duiven van Marco Klein Falckenborg aangeboden in een totale verkoop omdat hij aan de rand van Beltrum een boerderij had gekocht met de bedoeling er een nieuwe woning op te zetten. Deze nieuwbouw is inmiddels achter de rug en dus begint het ook in Beltrum weer te kriebelen. News

Tomorrow the total auction of one day long distance top loft Marco Klein Falckenborg ends. Marco has decided to auction his entire colony because he is moving house. Over the last few years the colony in Beltrum has grown to become one of the strongest small middle distance lofts in province 9 and one of the most regular small distance lofts in the Netherlands. In 2009 alone the following top prizes were won at NPO level: 4° NPO, 4° NPO, 11° NPO, 12° NPO, 14° NPO, 20° NPO, 26° NPO,… The loft of Marco Klein Falckenborg is largely based on the Eijerkamp pigeons from Zutphen. (20/08/2009) Magnificent end to the short middle distance season of Marco Klein-Falckenborg!
In 2008 Marco Klein Falckenborg had a super season, with numerous top prizes and strong series in the short middle distance races. Let’s take a look at what the 2009 season has brought... The pigeons came well and collectively home from the start of the season. The 9th of May was the seasonal Overture in district 9 where the small middle distance was concerned. Directly in this first small middle distance race the “Eijerkamp Van Loon” colony showed what they were made of. Race Report
