De laatste zaterdag van de maand januari is altijd een hoogdag voor al wie fond en halve fond genegen is in het Waasland. Dan worden de grote kampioenen gevierd van "Recht Voor Allen". Report

(23/06/2011) Marc De Cock, Temse boekt 3 provinciale overwinningen binnen een week!
Marc De Cock lijkt binnen de provincie Oost-Vlaanderen momenteel zowat de ‘te kloppen’ man. Na provinciale winst een week terug uit Chateauroux Jaarse, lukte hij dit weekend op nieuw een provinciale ‘dubbelslag’ uit La Châtre, naast een knaller uit Cahors! Report

Begin dit jaar pootte Marc De Cock een compleet nieuw hokinstallatie neer achter zijn villa aan de Brandstraat te Temse. Wie even de Brandstraat inrijdt kan er niet naast kijken… reeds van op ruime afstand krijgt men zicht op dit staaltje duivenarchitectuur… naar dit ‘Holiady Inn’ voor duiven, zoals we het al lachend voor Marc omschreven! It must have been around the period 1993-1994 when we first came into contact with Marc De Cock. At the time he was a young chap in his (late) 20’s who was making a ‘rush’ towards ‘national top’, even ‘world top’… both in his profession as in the pigeon sport! Report

(29/07/2010) Marc De Cock - Temse (BE) closes new ‘top weekend’ by winning 1° National Narbonne with his solitary basketted pigeon!
The race from Narbonne was the penultimate international classic of the racing season. With 13.531 pigeons at the start (just over 900 less than the previous season)… including 6.362 Belgian pigeons… the organisers had a nice number of pigeons in the basket for this top classic. Report

Investing in ‘super pigeons’ is one thing, for some people performing later at the highest level is another thing. Let’s be honest , and respect the ‘pigeon logic’… Without ‘top pigeons’ in the lofts, top performances in the long term are almost impossible… no, without ‘class’ in the lofts you won’t make it!
