    Jo and Robert Bernaert (Middelkerke, BE) are the national winners from Pau in Belgium

    Fanciers from the coastal province of West Flanders were in a favourable position for the race from Pau and Jo & Robert proved to be among the strongest in the race. On Friday evening their pigeon Simon arrived home at their loft, which is only 100m away from the sea, and he took the national first prize. This is a dream come true for this family that has been involved in the sport for over 60 years.

    PIPA website temporarily offline due to high traffic in Pau weekend

    In the weekend of the race from Pau our PIPA website was offline for a few brief moments, we apologize for the inconvenience. The reason for this crash was the high number of online visitors. In the busiest moments we witnessed a 50% increase in number of visitors compared to last year . The high number of pigeon registrations contributed to the server overload as well.

    Chris Debacker is having a great season again! Last week he only just missed out on a great victory from Poitiers. Ultra Boy BE11-3073269 took a second national against 13,813 old birds and he managed to take the zonal victory against over 3,000 pigeons!
