The Andre Verbesselt colony can rightly be considered as the noblest ‘branch Marcel Aelbrecht’… direct descendants from everything which had earned name and fame in the Marcel Aelbrecht lofts moved to Buggenhout (with around 50 direct Aelbrecht pigeons). No less than 8 children out ‘Bak 17’, 7 children from the famous super breeder ‘970’ (a.o. father of the ‘Patron’: 1° Nat Ace bird Long distance KBDB), a child and numerous grandchildren of the Marseille, children ‘Bak 10’, a brother ‘Goede Blauwen’ etc… Unfortunately, due to the verdict of pleural cancer, Andre had to made the difficult decision to bring all his pigeons in a total auction.
